The App is provided by Kiwi Game Studio.

By using Health Daily: Heart Rate, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Important Health Disclaimer

Health Daily: Heart Rate is designed for general wellness and informational purposes only.

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Heart rate, heart rate variability, stress, energy, wellness, and related insights shown in the App are estimates and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have any health concerns, chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, abnormal heart rhythm, or any emergency symptoms, please contact a doctor or emergency medical service immediately.

2. Information We May Collect

We try to limit the collection of personally identifiable information as much as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information.

2.1 Information You Provide

You may choose to provide certain information in the App, such as:

• Age or date of birth
• Gender
• Height
• Weight
• Wellness goals or preferences
• Notes, feedback, or support messages you voluntarily provide
• Email address if you contact us for support

You are not required to provide all of this information, but some features may not work properly without it.

2.2 Heart Rate and Wellness Data

The App may estimate, display, or store wellness-related data, including:

• Heart rate
• Heart rate variability, if available
• Stress-related insights
• Energy-related insights
• Body balance or wellness scores
• Measurement history
• Measurement time and related session data

These values are estimates generated by the App and are intended for general wellness use only.

2.3 Camera Access for Heart Rate Measurement

Health Daily: Heart Rate may use your device camera and flashlight to estimate heart rate by detecting color changes from your fingertip.

During measurement:

• The camera is used as a light sensor.
• Camera frames are processed to estimate pulse-related signals.
• We do not use the camera to identify you.
• We do not access your photo library through this measurement feature.
• We do not collect or store camera images for advertising purposes.
• Camera data used for measurement is processed only for the purpose of providing the heart rate feature.

You can disable camera access at any time in your device settings, but the heart rate measurement feature may not work without camera permission.

2.4 Apple Health / HealthKit Data

If the App offers Apple Health integration and you choose to enable it, the App may read or write selected health-related data only after you give permission through Apple’s Health permission screen.

Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

• Heart rate
• Heart rate variability
• Height
• Weight
• Date of birth
• Biological sex
• Activity or workout-related data
• Sleep-related data

Apple Health data is used only to provide App features that you request. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing. We do not sell Apple Health data.

You can manage Apple Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, fraud prevention, and performance improvement.

This may include:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• App version
• Language and region settings
• General country or region derived from IP address
• Advertising identifiers, where permitted by your device settings
• App usage events
• Crash logs and diagnostic data
• Subscription or purchase status
• Session duration and feature usage

We use this information to improve the App, fix bugs, understand how users interact with the App, prevent abuse, and support advertising or subscription features.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store.

We do not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or other sensitive payment details. Apple may provide us with transaction-related information such as purchase status, subscription status, receipt data, product ID, and renewal status so that we can unlock paid features.

6. Advertising and Analytics Partners

The App may use third-party services for analytics, attribution, advertising, crash reporting, subscription management, or app performance monitoring.

Depending on the App version and your consent choices, these services may include:

• Apple App Store / App Store Connect
• AppsFlyer
• AppLovin
• Google Firebase / Firebase Analytics
• Google AdMob
• Meta / Facebook SDK
• Other advertising, analytics, attribution, or performance partners used to operate, improve, promote, or monetize the App

These third-party services may collect or receive technical information such as:

• Device identifiers
• Advertising identifiers, where permitted

• Purchase or subscription status

• Crash and diagnostic information

We do not share your identifiable heart rate measurement history with advertising partners for targeted advertising.

You can limit tracking through your device settings. On iOS, you can manage tracking permissions under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

You can also reset or limit advertising-related identifiers according to your device’s privacy settings.

7. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App may send reminders, wellness tips, measurement reminders, subscription-related messages, or other App-related notifications.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

8. Data Storage and Retention

Some information may be stored locally on your device, including measurement history, preferences, and App settings.

If the App uses cloud services, account features, backup, analytics, subscription validation, or advertising services, some information may be processed by our service providers.

We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If you delete the App, locally stored App data may be removed from your device, subject to your device backup settings. Some information processed by third-party services, such as purchase records, analytics logs, crash logs, advertising logs, or legal compliance records, may remain for a limited period according to those providers’ policies and applicable law.

9. Data Sharing

We may share information only in the following situations:

• With service providers who help us operate, analyze, improve, or monetize the App
• With Apple or payment processors for subscription and purchase processing

Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
